The Answers You Need
What are the payment options?
At Urban Shack, we accept Visa, mPaisa and Paypal payment. For our local customers, we can take cash payments on top off the above payment options named, on Fridays only on pickup day.
What are the shipping options?
We ship internationally, and domestic at a shipping cost calculated at checkout.

For our Suva based customers, we have allocated Friday as a pickup day for your items.
Jewelry Information and Care?
Resin Jewelry Care Instructions
Resin jewelry is pretty hard-wearing but to get the best out of your pieces and ensure they last a lifetime please try to adhere to the following advice. This will keep your pieces looking their best.
Sunlight
Store your jewelry out of direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause the resin to discolor and soften.
Water
Do NOT submerge your jewelry pieces in water. Resin is NOT waterproof, only water resistant. So please remember to remove your jewelry before showers, swimming, washing up etc
Harsh Chemicals
Chemicals are present in more items than we think: perfumes, lotions, shampoos, soaps, nail polish, etc. Lotions and perfumes can be worn while wearing resin jewelry, but we do recommend using these items before putting your jewelry on and not after you are wearing it. To apply lotion, we would recommend removing your ring, and placing it back on when the lotion has been applied, the same goes for perfume. While chemicals are everywhere, you should be mostly concerned with aggressive chemicals such as cigarette smoke, cleaning agents, and alcohol-based products such as acetone (nail polish remover) or perfume.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping (for refunds)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
